The Skipper says to come on board and embark on 39th USS Valley Forge Reunion here at the Sheraton Inn Framingham.
This is the Boston Area rich in history which you will be exposed to on the two bus trips. Each day the recovery
room opens early so you will be able to enjoy a continental breakfast before embarking on our bus tour for the day.
Be sure to bring your cameras.
On Thursday, our first bus trip you will experience a grande tour of Boston to see many of the historic sights. You will
be given time to shop and dine on your own. You will go on the freedom trail. One of the most interesting sights you
don't want to miss will be the USS Constitution.
On Friday, our second bus trip you will be having a fun filled day seeing Salem and what it is famous for.
You must bring your cameras.Your tour will also include Gloucester and Rockport. We will then enjoy a traditional
Lobster Bake for lunch. Yes there will be time to shop along the way.
On Saturday in the morning, The recovery room will be open for Continental Breakfast, the Steering Committee will meet
prior to Business Meeting for HVRC members.
At 1630 hours the Recovry room will be closed in preperation for the Banquet and Dance. Cocktail hour will be 1800-1900 hours
with cash bar
and last chance to buy raffle tickets. At 1900 hours The Banquet, Dinner Dance and Raffle begins.
It is customary to bring a gift for the raffle table.
The value of the gift should be approx.$10 or cash in lieu of a gift in an envelope is acceptable.
